The Management Committee is the Governing Authority of the Society, whose main function is to direct the affairs of the Society.

The Supervisory Committee of the AAK Sacco is given a direct mandate by the members to oversee the actions of the Management Committee in order to secure that their interests are safeguarded by recommending preventative or corrective measures.

The Executive Committee of the AAK Sacco is elected by Management Committee members and comprises the Sacco’s Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Secretary.
