Executive Committee Members
The Executive Committee of the AAK Sacco is elected by Management Committee members and comprises the Sacco’s Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Secretary. The Committee:
- Reviews and makes recommendations to the Management Committee on the financial plans of the Sacco and ensures their adequacy and soundness in providing for the Sacco Society’s current operations and long term stability.
- Reviews, discusses and makes recommendations to the Management Committee concerning significant financial planning, management, and reporting issues of the Sacco Society. All is in order to establish sound operational and control procedures aimed at safeguarding and growing members’ savings.
