Arch Marylyn Musyimi, MAAK (A), is a registered Architect in Kenya with Board of Registration for Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS) and Corporate Member of the Architectural Association of Kenya (MAAK) (A). She holds a B. Arch. Hons (JKUAT) and M. A. Construction Project Management (UoN). She has worked with leading firms in the industry among them Mutiso Menezes International. She lectures in the department of Architecture at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and is an Architect at Bustani Construction Solutions Ltd.
Passionate about the Architectural fraternity and giving back, Marylyn is Honorary Secretary of the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), Member of the National Construction Appeals Board and a Board Member at the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS). She also serves the fraternity regionally at the East Africa Institute of Architects as The Chairperson of The Board of Practice and Ethics.
At the AAK Cooperative Sacco Ltd, she serves as Chair of the Supervisory Committee.
In her free time, she is an avid reader. Else she will be found at home with her family or at one or other social activity.
